Transportation...
The nearest Airport to fly into is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS / KAUS). It is 9.3 miles from the hotel and approximately 20 minute car ride. You will have to make arrangements to and from the hotel, but that's an easy Taxi or Uber ride away.
Food...
Day 1 - coffee, sodas, water and snacks will provided during the meeting and we host cocktails and dinner for everyone after the meeting
Day 2 - warm breakfast, coffee, sodas, water and snacks will be provided
What if I have food allergies?
Just let me know! I can have our catering team prepare a special allergen-free meal for you.
Event Schedule...
Day 1: We will start at 12:30pm and end at 5pm. 6pm we are hosting cocktails and dinner for everyone.
Day 2: We will start at 10am and will end around 2:00pm
What do I bring?
Bring your laptop, phones, chargers, paper (if you like to write old school style) and a pen.
What should I wear?
We are a laid-back company, so don't worry about impressing us! Dress comfy! You're here to learn and mingle with other agents on the platform! You might want to bring a jacket if you are prone to getting cold.
